Method description
Die casting is a method of manufacturing aluminium and zinc parts in large volumes. Die casting is a prcess where molten metal is shot into mold cavity with high pressure. The solidified part is removed from the mold with ejector pins. Cycle times are extremely short when compared with other casting methods. The process has a lot of similarities with injection molding of plastic parts.
Finishing of die cast parts
We have two factory partners for manufacturing die cast parts. The parts are finished by machining, tapping, powder coating or chrome plating. We can also offer die castings finished with anodizing and color anodizing. The weight of die cast part is typically from 10 grams to a few kilograms.
We provide die cast parts to medical, construction and waste handling industries.
