Injection molding
GSF has several partners for injection molding. We import plastic components to Finland, but we also use them in China for manufacturing of electronics products. We offer 2K injection as well.
Secondary operations
We make secondary operations for plastic parts such as painting, printing, ultrasonic welding, chrome plating and sub-assemblies. Parts can include in-mold inserts such as thread inserts and co-molded plastic parts.
Plastic grades
GSF manufactures parts with a variety of engineering plastic grades. In addition of the common polymers, we also can process special materials such as silicone, liquid crystal polymers, PEEK, PEEK+GF and PPS+GF.
We have customers for plastic parts in the fields of safety devices, watches, medical products, automation systems, elevators and public transport.
